Wheel lock-up on one wheel during application of car brakes indicates imbalance on brakes, this will happen when one of the wheel is braking while the opposite wheel is not. The cause of this imbalance is contamination on the brake lining opposite the locking wheel probably oil or grease is present on the brake lining.
If you encounter this kind of problem, it is very unsafe to use the vehicle in this condition, bring the vehicle to a reputable shop and ask the mechanic to check the brake lining for contamination and determine what’s causing it. One possible cause is a leaking brake fluid.
