While moving in two or more gears if noise occurs this can be attributed to the problem inside the manual transmission, the problem cannot be pin pointed unless the transmission is opened up to examine what is causing this kind of noise inside the transmission. Usually occurrence of noise in the manual transmission while moving in two or more gears is cause by a parts inside the manual transmission that rotates all time, the parts that is likely to cause this kind of problem is the input shaft bearings and main shaft bearings since these are the parts inside the manual transmission that rotates at all speed. We cannot say that it is exactly the cause of the car problems, not until your car transmission is opened up, but these are the most likely candidate to be the culprit. Bring your car to a reputable shop that specializes in manual transmission and have it opened by a professional to examine what���s inside that causes the occurrence of noise.
