Blower or fan also has a fuse on its circuit, when the fuse is busted it can cause the blower/fan to stop working and seized the air from coming out the a/c vents. Likewise, when the blower/fan motor is failing the blower/fan won’t work making the air that comes out the a/c vents to stop.
Another reason for the air to stop from coming out the a/c vents is when the dashboard fan/blower switch is faulty, however, this is very rare to happen.

How to fix if there is no air coming out the ac vents
Before bringing your car to a reputable auto repair shop, the first thing to do is to check which of the two causes the problem it might just be a case of a blown fuse. Locate the fuse box, refer to the car owner’s manual, and then locate the fuse that is intended for the blower/fan, look for the label A/C or heater. Check the fuse if it’s blown.
Replace the fuse if necessary with the same specification or rating. If after the replacement the blower works just fine but then fails again then there is a short circuit somewhere. In this case, you have to bring the car to the auto shop and ask the mechanic to inspect the a/c electrical system. However, if the fuse is intact then this is the case of a failed blower motor, have a mechanic specialized in a/c repair to check the system to confirm the cause of the problem.
