On this page of all about auto, you will find a car troubleshooting, repair, and diagnosis. The troubleshooting guide indicated on this page is just the basic guide from mechanic previous experiences. Scroll down below to look at different troubleshooting information about auto ac.

AC is Running but Not Blowing Air

The reason why AC is running but not blowing air at all at any fan setting is because of a blown blower fuse and failed blower motor.

Air Conditioner not Blowing Cold Air But Running

The car air conditioner is not blowing cold air but running, no air comes out the ac vents at any blower or fan setting. When there is no air coming out of the car ac vents, it only means that the blower or fan is not working. The causes why a blower or fan will not work in a car air conditioning system when the fuse has blown or the blower motor failed.

Car A/C Initially Blows Cold Air then Followed by Warm Air

The car air conditioning system operates in the following patterns. Initially, cold air comes out the a/c vents then after a while warm air comes out the a/c vents. A/C system has a component called an expansion valve. The expansion valve controls the amount of refrigerant that flows into the evaporator.

Why does My Aircon Not Blowing Cold Air

It is normal for the car air conditioner to blow cold air, but what if your car air conditioner not blowing cold air anymore but instead it blows warm air? If this is the case then there is a problem with your car air conditioning system, however, this may not also always indicate a problem.

Car AC Not Blowing Air from Vents

Car AC not blowing air from vents because of the Blower fan problem or air duct blockage. When the car ac is not blowing air from vents it is a sign of a faulty blower fan or air duct blockage. A faulty blower fan can make the car ac stopped working suddenly.

Car Air Conditioner Stinks

What is the reason why does the air conditioner stinks? One of the key components of the car air conditioning system is the evaporator. This component gets very cold when the car air conditioning is operated thus when air is blown through the evaporator fins this can cause the air that comes out the vent to become cold.

How to Get Mildew Smell Out of Car

The evaporator is the main component of the car air conditioning system which makes the air that comes out the vents to become cold, the process is that when the car a/c unit is turned on, the air that is blown from the blower passes through the fins of the evaporator once it passed the evaporator it becomes cold until it comes out the a/c vents and circulates inside the car cabin.

Car Air Conditioner Blowing Hot Air

When your car air conditioning is blowing hot air, this means that refrigerant cannot absorb the heat coming from your car passenger compartment. This kind of problem often causes by a refrigerant leak or a clogged condenser. If you have a steady reduction of cold air from your car air conditioning system, the possibility is that the refrigerant is slowly leaking out of the hose or seal. Another reason for the gradual reduction of cold air produced by your car air conditioning system is the clogged condenser but this is only a contributing factor.

A/C in Vehicle Not Blowing Cold Air

A/C in a vehicle not blowing cold air, it starts with a slow reduction of cold air over time until the air that comes out the ac vents is warm. This kind of problem usually indicates a slow refrigerant leak or a clogged condenser. Refrigerant serves as the lifeblood of the a/c system. The refrigerant is the one that carries heat coming from your vehicle compartments, where the passenger is located, out to the surroundings so that the compartment becomes cold and provides comfort to the passengers.

AC Blower Causes Air Not to Come Out the AC Vents

When an AC blower is not working, no air will come out from your car air conditioning vents or sometimes the ac barely blowing air as also a sign of a blower problem. Now, what causes the car AC blower to stop working?

Car Heater Not Blowing Hot Air

The car heater is not blowing hot air even when the engine is hot. When your car is equipped with the standard heater system or if it is not equipped with an automatic temperature control system, this kind of problem is an indication of a heater control valve that is not opening.

My Car A/C is Blowing Hot Air

My car ac is blowing hot air, supposed to be car air conditioning blows cold air instead of hot air. What seems to be a problem, let's take a look first on some parts of the car air conditioning system to have a little background.

Car Air Conditioner Blows Cold then Warm

If the ONLY time warm air starts to blow from the vents is when the engine is either hot or under a lot of stress. This is no coincidence!! It clearly means this vehicle has a safeguard feature that shuts off the A/C's compressor when the engine is hot/stressed.
